Free Screenings: “How to Be” starring Robert Pattinson
We have great news for movie enthusiasts in Jakarta, Indonesia. After the success of our Twilight event in December, Decoding Twilight, which was organized by Kinokuniya in collaboration with Twilight Indonesia, we have yet another related event for the fans of Twilight actor Robert Pattinson.
This time, Kinokuniya is collaborating with The Movie Fanatic to screen Pattinson’s independent movie, which he filmed before he took on the role of Edward Cullen in Twilight. Therefore, we are pleased to announce:

How to Be is a comedy about a twenty-something young man named Art (Robert Pattinson), who moves back in with his parents after being dumped by his girlfriend, and hits a quarter-life crisis. To cope with his so-called crisis, he enlists the help of a self-help guru.
Pattinson’s fans will also be excited to know that the handsome English heartthrob is not only showing his amazing acting skills but he’s also showing his musical talents. Pattinson sings and plays guitar in this bittersweet, funny and heartfelt drama/comedy.
This British independent film by director Oliver Irving (produced by Justin Kelly) has received numerous awards, including Grand Jury Honorable Mention at the 2008 Slamdance Film Festival. Robert Pattinson has also won the Best Actor at the 2008 Strasbourg Film Festival.
Also starring: Rebecca Pidgeon, Jeremy Hardy, Johnny White, Mike Pearce, Alisa Arnah, Powell Jones, Michael Irving and others!

Announcement
Contrary to some rumors that have been traveling through the grapevines recently, Robert Pattinson will not be attending this screening. Neither Kinokuniya Indonesia nor its collaborators have ever announced or received any news from Mr Pattinson and his representatives that he will be coming to Jakarta for this screening. We hope that Mr Pattinson will one day visit our lovely city and our bookstores in Indonesia so all the fans can show their love and appreciation to this wonderful actor who has shown great skills and talent in this movie, How to Be.
